Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, interpreting, and reporting appropriate financial data.
- Advise clients on the tax implications of their business objectives, assisting them in making financially beneficial decisions.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing account information and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a complete and accurate general ledger, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date and compliant with financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with the financial team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Implement effective strategies for financial success, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and financial needs.
- Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred.
- Proven experience advising clients on the tax implications of their business objectives.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly strong in Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
