Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Job DetailsRequirements:
- 6–10 years of construction litigation experience (owners, GCs, subs, design professionals, sureties)
- Strong motions practice, discovery management, and deposition experience
- Experience with delay claims, change orders, payment disputes, defect claims, lien/bond claims preferred
- Arbitration/mediation experience a plus
- Bar: admitted in 2 of NJ/DE/PA (PA preferred)
- Small portable book is a plus, not required
