Job Details- Represent owners, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, lenders, architects, engineers, and insurance and surety companies in construction and surety-related matters
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts and manage project administration matters
- Handle construction defect litigation, delay and disruption claims, breach of contract, mechanic's lien claims, surety bond and indemnity claims
- Manage matters through arbitration, ADR, and all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and trial
Looking For:
- Pennsylvania Bar Admission; New Jersey a plus
- Construction and surety background
- Ability to independently manage a broad caseload across litigation and transactional matters
