Job Details- Manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery
- Oversee engagement planning, staffing, budgeting, and timeline management [Re: Opport...ith Jobot! | Outlook]
- Review workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and auditing standards
- Identify and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues
- Supervise, coach, and develop Senior Accountants and Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license required
- 5–8+ years of public accounting experience with significant audit/assurance exposure
- Prior experience managing engagements and supervising staff
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines
