Job DetailsJob Details
- Manage a full caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
- Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
- Independently evaluate liability and exposure on cases
- Work directly with partners on more complex litigation matters as needed
- Maintain strong client communication and reporting
Qualifications
- Licensed in New Jersey (PA admission is a strong plus)
- 3–7+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
- Deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience or desire for trial exposure is a plus
